The young receptionist speaks to clients too familiarly, as though we are her young friends. Her speech was too colloquial. Also I consider it presumptuous when people young enough to be my grandchildren or children address me by my first name without asking permission.
Dr. Chad and the staff are awesome! It's always a pleasant experience!
Everyone was so friendly and great, especially the front reception and my dental hygienist Vern! Highly recommended, very convenient downtown location.
I always look forward to coming to the dentist. Kathy is so cordial and welcoming, Chad is always smiling and greeting patients (even those he isn't seeing that day) while he runs around between appointments and the checkup and cleaning by Myra is always top notch.
