Love my dentist ad his staff. Totally awesome!
Great Visit overall. I came in with a cracked tooth and the Dr. Motooka was very professional. Myra was also very pleasant and helpful with my oral hygiene.
Hawaii Dental Wellness is my favorite dental team on island thus far. I especially want to give a shout out to my dental hygenist Robin. They look to build genuine relationships w/ their clients & have helped me view my dental hygiene as it relates to my overall health.
In the past I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but this is not the case with HDW. Everyone there (from receptionists to assistants, to Dr. Chad himself) is always very friendly and genuine, and Dr. Chad and his assistants are always gentle with my teeth. I always leave with a solid understanding of where my teeth stand because Dr. Chad takes the time to explain the condition of my teeth and answers any questions I may have. Dr. Kawashima's staff rocks! Lita and Sarah are totally customer service oriented and friendly. Very open and educated me about my plan. Dr. Kawashima himself is more than willing to fix what *I* want done- not what he suggests. Email and text updates are superior to any other dentist I've had ever.
Was pleased that I was seen right away and that a good amount of time was spent on really cleaning my teeth good. Seemed to have the latest equipment compared to my previous dentist.

Bio/Holistic dentistry in Hawaii! As a patient disabled with MCS, everyone in the office goes above and beyond. They respect all of my "allergies". Far superior to any other office in Hawaii.
