Robin is excellent! Shows a lot of personal interest and she always gives warm encouragement :) fun to talk to also... And front desk staff is always nice
This is a very friendly dentist office. Everyone was so polite. Dr. Kawashima cares about his patients, very kind and explained every detail of the work that I needed. I will recommend him to all my friends. He is a great dentist.
All the staff is friendly, and I feel they give some of the best dental care.
Dr. Chad is the best dentist, and Robin is the best hygienist. I'm glad Dr. Chad is young, as I will have many more years of his competent dentistry. Robin may be retiring soon, and I'll really miss her!!!!

First contact: Kathy was empathetic,compassionate and accommodating. My molar broke in half and I just moved to Honolulu. I called several dentist offices however it was Kathy's sincerity in her voice which immediately captured my heart. She explained that Dr.Kawashima was on vacation, an appointment would not be available for two days. Myra is a wonderful dental hygienist. She is skilled in her abilities and a wonderful person.
I have never been to a dentist with so much positive attitude in the air. From the time I walked in the receptionist, Dr.Motooka and his dental asst. and the RDH give me such excellent service. I went home and let my whole family know what excellent service I had. With that said my kids along with their family will be going to see Dr. Motooka and his staff.
