I was referred to Dr. Arakawa, oral surgeon, for extraction so the financial options question is not applicable in my case. It was good to see Dr. Motooka, Mrs. Abella and Cathy again after 3 years.
Robin was very helpful with general yet unique health information. I appreciate the reminders, especially for the 6 month appt times.
Dr. Chad was very patient and understood my anxiety and past fear of dentists. His assistant was very professional.

Although beyond your control, more parking options would be nice. As for personnel, the front office girls are friendly and super-efficient! Tess exemplifies professionalism, along with friendliness, welcoming, and warmth! Always a pleasure to visit your office! Dr. Mo? BEST DENTIST!
