Everyone in the office was very friendly and welcoming. Dr was very nice and fixed my problem immediately. Overall an awesome experience.
Dr. Kawashima is indeed very professional and genuine in providing optimal care. Staff provided best patient-service with a smile. Just one quick question: What's the reason of making the next appointment in December, when Dr. Kawashima expressed that I should put crowns on soon?
Dr. Kawashima has a very warm and caring character. This was my first visit and the appointment time was just enough to get me started. The hygienist was also very warm and helpful, and really cared about my comfort during my regular check up, for example she would warn me when cleaning a potentially sensitive area of the mouth. Overall highly recommended.
Staff VERY Friendly. Only negative was 1 hour wait.
I've been with your organization for over 25 yrs. since Dr. Kimata, who has long passed..Now, its Dr. Motooka who has a very caring & gentle way with his patients like Dr. Kimata and I enjoy talking to him when he comes to check on me after Robin cleans my teeth.....I love Robin because she takes the time to get to know me and makes me feel comfortable before she cleans, this is important to me....I feel that Dr. Kimata is very proud of his old staff & new staff who are carrying on his legacy of caring for the patients and g... read more

Very friendly staff, good bedside manners from the Doctor and the Hygenist.
Hong is excellent! Too bad she is leaving for San Francisco.
