Dr. Kawashima and his dental assistant were excellent. I was very nervous but they kept me very comfortable. I knew what was going to be done next and they alloted me time when I was coughing. It made my appointment very pleasant.

Office Visit - The receptionist is always very happy, helpful and knowledable of my file. She greeted me by name as i walked in. Robin is the BEST and I only go to her. Her demeanor and chair side mannor as always so inviting. She really cares about how I am doing and how my family is doing. Thank you to all your staff for a wonderful job - Well Done!
Verna is always such a friendly, helpful dental hygienist. She (as well as the receptionists) is always professional and caring. I never feel anxious when going to the dentist.
All things were satisfactory according to my needs.
Appreciated information and chatting with Robin and Dr. Motooka. One comment: for older folks who may or may not have a computer, this move to "hi tech" may be somewhat disconcerting. For others, it is fine.
Everyone was pleasant and professional even though I arrived several minutes late. Yesterday was only my 2nd visit but I very much appreciate the information provided by the hygienist and the ability to participate in managing my dental health.
I love this dental office. Everyone is so friendly & professional. Dr. Motooka explains dental matters very well, listens to my concerns & he is really nice.
impressed by dr. motooka's gentle hands. felt in good hands and felt much relieved to have found a super nice dentist. a bit confused by the lack of upfront explanations about the procedure like what was going on and what he was going to do. although he explained when i asked :D. always happy to see the front staff and maritess who are just darling people and a pleasure to interact with. hong, the hygienist is awesome too. thank you for your dedicated care everyone! stay awesome.
