First of all one is greeted by a crew of service professionals who SMILE (evidently, this is a great place to work)! The office professionals are sincere, they care; and they follow up to what they promise! The level of service I got is rare these days and something I never experienced when going to other dentists' offices. Dr. Kawashima is friendly, warm and caring. He listens. This is the best dentist I've ever had in my life. I used to suffer from severe chemical sensitivities every time I visited dentists, but ever since I switched to Dr. Kawashima, I've never have any problems. In addition, all the staffs are very friendly and sincere.

The absolute best dental experience I've ever had, period. Questions answered, procedures explained, painless as possible, super clean sterile environment, thorough to the finest degree, modern / proven technical knowledge / skills, no un-neccessary procedures or medication, and always learn something new about acquiring and enhancing better health! Love, love LOVE this place!! I needed some emergency work, and since I work in the holistic field, stumbled across this place while searching "holistic"! (no accidents). Based on the wonderful reviews, I decided to try it, even though I have a regular dentist. Robin does a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr.Motooka is always kind and gentle. They make my experience at the dentist comfortable and pleasant.
