I feel very well cared for everytime I visit the office. The staff is always smiling and I never wait more than 5-10 minutes to be called back for my appointment. I am most pleased with the low-key and "at home" atmosphere at the office. It doesn't feel like you are in a sterile medical environment.
Dr. Kawashima and his staff make going to the dentist something to look forward to. They are professional, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly.

Carding, friendly and professional front office team. I found that the hygienist and dental assistants were friendly, skillful, knowledgeable and honest. Dr. Chad Kawashima was professional, honest, caring , knowledgeable and good listener. Lastly I want to share that I felt important and my appointments never felt rushed. I felt that I truly got with each visit, great examinations and accurate treatments.
Very satisfied. ALL staff were professional, friendly, and did a great job at taking care of me as a patient. The work done on my teeth was superb and I felt very comfortable. Most don't enjoy going to the dentist, but this was as good as it gets!!!
Dr. Kawashima, Dr. Motooka and their staff run an extremely competent dental practice with a caring, warm and engaging beside manner.
Dr.Kawashima is a terrific dentist. He's thorough, efficient and explains options very well. My previous dentist was not as efficient so I am going to make it a point to come here any time I'm in Hawaii! The office and assistants are very kind and their appointment/office communication system via text messaging to the patient in advance is a great service.
