Mr. Motooka was very nice guy vs. my oriinal doctor.
I was a bit apprehensive about seeing Myra after having Hong as my favorite hygienist for so long, but Myra was really great; personable, comforting and informative! It was probably the most thorough cleaning I've had - and my teeth look and feel great :) I'm absolutely going to make sure she's the one that cleans my teeth in the future.
Entire staff is friendly, helpful and eager to explain what needs explaining. Really appreciated the fact that Dr. Kawashima was willing to work me, as an emergency, into his busy schedule. He described my situation and offered options. His follow-up care has been gentle, careful and well-crafted.
Very pleasant experience. Dr Motaooka and dental hygienist Robin put you at ease and you feel confident in their work.
It was very frustrating and annoying ordeal with your Hygienist yesterday. She started scrutinizing all the records and asking so many questions which I think are irrelevant to the purpose of my visit "CLEANING". She was even so irritated, keeps on whining and complaining while she's doing her work, probably wanted to go home right away (past 5 o'clock already) and finally when she's done she started scolding and giving me lectures. I will never ever make an appointment with her anymore. A very hostile experience.
I felt so very fortunate that Dr Kawashima was able to squeez me in on short notice. He listened to my needs and suggested options and allowed me to decide what to do. He gave me detailed steps of what to expet and gave me a close estimate of the cost of pending procedures, which allowed me to work on my budget. I would rate this clinic visit as excellent and would not hestitate recommending this clinic to my family and friends.
I had an excellent experience and will recommend Dr. Kawashima to others. He is very thorough and personable.
All my options were explained to me. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Dr. Chad is one of the nicest and most knowledgeable dentist around. I enjoy the staff and atmosphere of this office, they really make you feel like Ohana!
