The Dr we have for our daughter is great however the office not organized. They never answer the phone. (Edit) Owner reached out and was able to get my son in for an evaluation. Organization still lacking but it’s improving

waited since March for an appointment, it’s now September . No one contacted me had to keep calling to be told I can’t get an in person appointment only tele health seriously
Dr. Ortiz & Staff is the best very helpful & friendly with a smile. Every time I come for my appointment I feel like I’m part of the Ohana they make me feel so comfortable & relax like I’m in my own home. Dr. Ortiz is the best if your a veteran or combat veteran and you need help with PTSD or other mental disabilities then don’t hesitate to call make an appointment ASAP. Before Dr. Ortiz I went through 5 different psychologists because I just did not feel comfortable & there were no connection with other psychologists. With ... read more
