Dont go to Dr Robert Hsia. He made a false report to Cps because I refused services. He couldn't even get my Son to do the test. So im thinking Robert is upset because it didnt go his way and that we stopped services. Going in now to see Dr LISA Duke
Called the morning of September 19th to get an appointment for my daughter. The person that answered said they were in a meeting and that they would need to call me back. No problem, they took my name and number. Waited about 4 hours with no return call, so I called them back. Sounded like the same person answered again. They said in order to make an appointment I would need to fill out an intake packet, then they would conduct an initial consultation. The Dr we have for our daughter is great however the office not organized. They never answer the phone. (Edit) Owner reached out and was able to get my son in for an evaluation. Organization still lacking but it’s improving

waited since March for an appointment, it’s now September . No one contacted me had to keep calling to be told I can’t get an in person appointment only tele health seriously
