What a joke, ordered parts online, waited 3 days for them to be shipped. Get an email from parts department stating my order was cancelled because the shipping charge was wrong. What an absolute joke, a decent company wouldn’t just cancel my order, sell me the part I have already bought and paid for and correct the issue so it doesn’t happen again.
Bought a truck from here a couple months ago. Love the truck!! Sales guys are helpful, and the service department is great!! I take the truck in for my oil changes and anything else I need and they are absolutely wonderful! I've dealt with other dealership service departments in the past and Havre Ford is awesome! Good job guys!
