I went in for a oil change and thank God they checked my coolant system, found out it hadn't been cleaned since I got the car. Make a long story short they took care of both for a reasonable price. I would go back again�

I went to the salmon creek location to get my tranny flushed. Toward the end of the job one of their hoses came off and ATF went flying all over my car. They gave me a discount and a free wash, but the fluid permanently fogged my headlights and made my car stink for weeks. Also my girls shirt and purse is stained. I have made attempts to get my headlights fixed but they havnt got back to me. Also they wanted to use universal ATF and not the recommended special ATF, and now my tranny is shifting oddly.
I will never go back to Havoline. I had a antifreeze leak and told them to find the leak and fix it. They replaced it. Drove away and it still leaked. Took it back. They said it was the radiator so they replaced that. It still leaked. . $500 plus. Later they find it's the thermostat and replace that. Wow. Corperate did nothing for me. Time to take these clueless mechanics to court.
