I went to the Port Richey store after I was told a price of 5100 for a bedroom set. Arrived at store for them to tell me 5800. Sales rep shouldn’t quote prices if they can’t keep them. Woke up today really disappointed so I called the Dale Maybary store and spoke with Cara and explained what happened. She was so much more professional and courteous than the other store and solved my problem. She made my problem her problem and solved it. She makes the customer come first. Working with Steve and Virginia of your Port Richey, FL store has been a pleasure. Having been in the business world for many years, I appreciated their willingness to be very cognizant of the client's home furnishing needs.
