I was here for 2 yrs and watched the transaction! This is a nice building I agree but the rent is extremely high and you are charged for everything down to using the pool they advertise in their layout! The building is not ran professional the manager is horrible and janitor is ten times worst. I love privacy at any time they will come in your apartment without your knowledge I could understand the maintenance for maintenance reasons such as leaks, electrical, etc. but I have on many occasions court the janitor coming out of... read more
very nice updated apartments however there are a few things that are not listed in the lease agreement that are not allowed. for example your are not allowed to grill, have specific cable companies, etc. the list goes on. you also hve to pay to use the pool which is one of reasons i moved in. this place could have gotten a 4 star review if it wasnt for such horrible management.
