Even though I've been a patient for many years as I have and my kids and husband, we're very healthy but if we need to get an appointment but haven't been there in the past 3 years we're considered a new patient and can't get in for 3 months, this is absolutely ridiculous, I have left them and never looked back as have my kids.
Went here for the first time today, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I saw Dr.Katrina McGillivray who was very thorough and concerned with my health. And I was very impressed with the short wait time from check in til check out! Very happy with my experience and new doctor!
Dr Teresa Stroot has been my primary physician for years. She gives you her full attention and listens carefully. She is caring and an excellent physician. Can't say enough good about her.
I recently learned a good friend came to your office and was treated like DIRT. Shame on you! My friend has an ongoing issue that is not MADE UP or a LIE. I see my friend struggling and in pain and trying to get past it to live their life and do the things they enjoy, I have repeatedly asked my friend to go see a doctor, so when they do, they are treated like crap, and told they are a liar? SHAME ON YOU!!!
