my wife had to go to immediate care and they told her to go to her doctor, which is havens group, and schedule a cat scan immediately because they found a spot on her lung xrays, havens said they would not do it unless they saw her and couldn't get her an appointment for another 16 days, as medical care providers, they should be ashamed of their selves

Didn’t have time to fill out forms. That is a bonus! They called me right back and the doctor was in quickly. Not having to sit and wait is always a plus when you are ill.
My husband has been trying to get refills on his blood pressure medicine and his stomach pill and it's been 10 business days and still haven't called them in yet had to make a trip one month and we are having to make a trip today to see if they will call his medicine in if they don't I'm taking him to urgent care.
I think my Dr was trying to kill me. Lol. Really not funny.
I honestly don't know why I've been going here for so many years. I always find a decent doctor and then they lose them. I can see why......the last visit will be my last. Everyone I encountered was rude and the doctor was the worst part. My entire house has been struck with strep and I was told great I may have to fill out that fmla crap.......yeah goodbye. ☮
First appointment today - Dr McGillivray - LOVED her! Everyone was very friendly and wait time was only 30 minutes.
