Vividly remember this place - low rent beautiful building with a tones of cockroaches 😂
Incredible remodeled apartment that is dog friendly! The on-site "resident manager" has been around for awhile and if you're honest with him, he will do everything he can to "fix" what's wrong with your living accommodations here in the building. Highly recommend this building.

Great location (if you want to be in Hollywood). Nice view of the courtyard, but there are may horrors of living in 100 year old low rent building.
