I’ve lived here for over a year now. The new management is completely incompetent and unresponsive. If you’ve got a problem in your apartment or with the amenities, good luck getting help. I had a power outage for over a week before they decided to get an electrician to me. A lock was broken by maintenance and never fixed after I repeatedly reminded them of the lock. In the end I had to pay out of pocket for the replacement. Do not move here.
Vividly remember this place - low rent beautiful building with a tones of cockroaches 😂
Incredible remodeled apartment that is dog friendly! The on-site "resident manager" has been around for awhile and if you're honest with him, he will do everything he can to "fix" what's wrong with your living accommodations here in the building. Highly recommend this building.
