I placed my father here last week and he absolutely loves it if I could give it 10 stars I would.
The staff has been incredibly kind and attentive. The nurses are doing an amazing job taking care of my father, and it gives me real peace of mind knowing he’s in such capable hands. I also like the facility creates a homey atmosphere. It does not feels cold or clinical. it feels warm and welcoming. Every time I visit, my father looks happy and comfortable. Last week I moved my husband from this facility. The aides are horrible. They yell at the residents. They do not like when family members come every day to visit. Every few weeks they would shut the thermostat to the ac so that the temperature in my husband’s room was 80 degrees. He had bruises on his nose and left hand. The aides would not tell me what happened. The residents were medicated and stayed in their rooms. The aides were happy to have the residents sleep all day.
