Had my first experience today... Erica was amazing! I came with 2 other friends and we had no idea what we were doing but she was patient with us and we had a few laughs. Will definitely be back! Thank you!
Had my first yoga and hiking experience today! Two of my loves combined for the perfect workout. Everyone was so nice and informative. We had lots of questions and everyone was very patient and pleasant to be around. I'm a new mommy so I needed some me time and after our time today I feel amazing mentally. Thank you for such a great time!

Went to my first class, sweet vinyasa, with Terri. It was awesome. Easy to follow and by the end of class I felt relaxed and refreshed. Very clean and comfortable studio.
