My first haircut experience at Heaven Salon was wonderful. My stylist, Victoria, is an amazing person. She understood exactly the kind of haircut I wanted and did it so beautifully. I have been to many salons before, but I truly have not seen an actual professional hair stylist like Victoria. I was very impressed by her sweet behavior and her work. I also really liked the hospitality at Heaven Salon.

I am not sure why people are saying they are welcoming staff. I had a consultation. I do admit I was 10 minutes late. I called to announce I was running late and nobody answered. I came in nobody greeted me. The receptionist just sat there. I was patiently waiting for an hour and still nobody came up to talk to me. I would of appreciated if somebody at least took the time to talk to me even for just a minute.

I would not recommend to km for hair service I had color done from there she didn’t even wash my hair proper and I didn’t get result but she charged $400 however she’s charged according to hours how she spend she doesn’t care whats the result will be ..,,

My wife get color done from km from there and she charged $400 just for partial highlights but we didn’t get any result … there is no visible highlights ..,,the color of hair is same as it is before even though we want layer cutting and face framing but she only did trimming and one more thing when we connect with her and she was like i spend 4 hour that’s why i charged $400 but she only spent maybe 2 and half hours so at end we are not satisfied with the service that she provided us i would not recommend to anyone to visit ... read more

I love this shop. Bre was my stylist. She is a colorist extraordinaire. Super hard to find a good one. She took her time. Listened but in the end I left it up to her and she did wonders. The shop is a great vibe and clean.
