Rudest over the phone associate. Called for information regarding a solar project for a homeowner and she hung up on my face without giving me her name.
These are great people to work with. They know how to manage.
This management company charges HOA fees that are excessive compared to neighboring cities that are WAY nicer. Even with them charging high fees, there is no upkeep or maintenance done. The grass is never watered and is always dead and dry, there is no type of gardening, security is only there to harass and tow RESIDENTS cars and fail to protect the area, and they sent us a letter from a lawyer claiming that HOA payments weren't received. Haven Management Services is the most UNPROFESSIONAL management company I have ever done business with in my life. The employee's are RUDE, UNEDUCATED' and COMBATIVE. They are in no way service oriented. I would warn anyone having to deal with this company, there are many good management companies out there and this is NOT one of them. BEWARE
