I'm not surprised this place has such terrible reviews. The HOA management here is downright unprofessional, rude, and completely unaccountable. When I called to ask a simple question and requested to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on — absolutely unacceptable behavior. I’ve been dealing with an absurd violation and fee for a so-called “rug” in my carport, which is actually just a small 2x4 grey oil-absorbent mat placed discreetly under my car (a car that barely even moves) to prevent oil stains. lol if you have a problem contact the night time guard, no matter what I ask it’s their solution. Who knows how to get a company investigated? A few weeks ago we were supposed to have roof maintenance and my wife said a truck showed up in the afternoon for one day……. They said that they would be on site all week and will need access to back yards, my dogs didn’t bark once. Seems like we are paying all this money to fill pockets with no results…… any help will be of great value.
This place is worse than horrible. Very unprofessional. Maybe we need organize and change management companies. Maybe we file a complaints complaint with the Department of Real Estate?? Let’s get organize and change things. After all we either live there or it’s an investment so we should not accept inferior service. Post here and we can begin the process. Hector
Rudest over the phone associate. Called for information regarding a solar project for a homeowner and she hung up on my face without giving me her name.
One of the worst management companies. We pay one of the highest HOA fees in San Bernardino County. They nickel and dime us and we don't even have an assigned parking stall. Some owner have multiple vehicle's and some of them don't move. While visitors often take any left open stalls and the owners can't do anything about it. Very annoy for us older owners, not to mention dangerous if forces to park farther away. They do maintain the landscaping, trash, and outdoor electricity. However, our pool is very uninviting.
