I've rented from Haven Homes for almost 4 years. Aside from a few minor maintenance issues, which are unavoidable you're renting, I've had only good experiment them. I would recommend them.
Don’t waste your time, and especially money, on this company. I won’t bore you with all the instances of their incompetence, but it’s just that - incompetence. The ONLY time they are on top of things will be if your rent is 3 seconds late.
This company is a dam joke!! The people they employee to do their repairs is a joke!! it's sad because I never had any major issues until recently except with their maintenance of course.
Garbage do not rent from here. You've been warned!!!!
DO NOT RENT FROM OR USE THIS COMPANY! Only giving them one star because I have to. They are the worst company we have ever had to deal with. I don’t wish what we are going through on anyone.
Do not rent from this company... really bad experience... no one is helping there..!! They just want money money money and giving you nothing back. Even the good reviews here was written by the company employees.. lol what a joke...
