Had our A/C trouble-shouted and repaired by Nick Patterson yesterday and wanted to express our appreciation on a job well done ! This time of the year it is very important to have this particular item ship-shape. Nick was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional during his visit. We were very impressed that he also took the time to tell us what and why, of the items that had to be replaced ... Thank-you Nick.
Service technician Jody arrived at expected appointment time today. He followed all Covid precautions and informed us of the services expected. Jody was able to answer all questions posed ,as well as giving a final summary of the condition of our furnace and air conditioning system. I would be pleased to allow him to our home in future. Brian Gananoque, We had our annual furnace and air conditioning checkup today. Our technician was Shane M. He was very informative and he advised us that our air conditioner was very old but was still running well at this time. He also informed us that our electric hot water tank was very old and that we should keep an eye on it for any leaks in the future. Just upgraded to a new York heat pump. From start to finish it was a good experience. Herb and all the team that worked on this project were excellent. We are new to the heat pump world, but so far all our expectations have been met. In summary, project was on time, on budget and performing well. I would recommend Haven Home Climate Care. PT

Woke up this morning and the furnace was off. We called Haven , spoke with the answering service and were called back promptly at 7:30 as promised. Nick Patterson, service technician, arrived, followed all Covid protocols and figured out the problem with the furnace. Glad we chose Haven!
