My name is Ron, I had a York Furnace and Air Conditioner installed last week. First of all the Service Advisor Herb was so professional and knowledgable. He explained all the products and the differences which helped us pick the right units. Had a quote with each component and pictures write on the spot very impressive. Mr. Nick Patterson, Service Technician with Haven Home Climate Care, performed an annual maintenance check up on our heating and cooling systems this week. He was efficient, thorough, informative, and very helpful. .We highly recommend him.
Had our A/C trouble-shouted and repaired by Nick Patterson yesterday and wanted to express our appreciation on a job well done ! This time of the year it is very important to have this particular item ship-shape. Nick was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional during his visit. Service technician Jody arrived at expected appointment time today. He followed all Covid precautions and informed us of the services expected. Jody was able to answer all questions posed ,as well as giving a final summary of the condition of our furnace and air conditioning system. I would be pleased to allow him to our home in future.
