i was told by the nurse her manager refused to help me if it wasn’t serious matter after they made me come again was there early in the morning because they don’t take regular walk ins anymore they took one hour to tell me that has a every one has attitude working there they don’t make it easy process or safe to get on birth control ether i wouldn’t trust them with my personal info ether -0
Very rude and inconsiderate!!!! I was the only patient waiting to be seen and they had me waiting for over 45 minutes. There was literally one other girl who got there after me and she was called in before me. Mind you, I was only there for a quick little consultation that should have taken no more than 15 minutes. After the clock hit 45 minutes, I was out. There was no reason for me to be sitting there for that long all by myself with no other patients in sight.
Called before I went in, they said to come asap because they wouldn’t be taking walk ins after a certain amount of time. I come in, stare at the lady behind the desk for a good 6 minutes waiting for her to acknowledge me (was on her phone) then told me to sign in. I left my clipboard in front of her computer, where it sat for another 10 minutes while she looked up random stuff for her coworkers who were all talking so loudly about their personal lives. I was always my go to for any type of health issues that I’ve ever needed that I couldn’t go to for my own personal doctor for pertaining women’s health
I visited Haven Health as part of the healthy Texas women program and had an amazing experience! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and they made sure I was in and out quickly without my appointment feeling rushed through. They’re such an awesome resource for the women our community!
