So freaking frustrated with this place!!!! I called the day before to see if I could get in to be seen and was told to come in right at 8 am to be seen as a walk-in. I get there and am the first to sign in only to be told "Oh I'm sorry we were just told we're not taking walk-in's today, you can try to come back on monday." I wish someone would have told me that so I wouldn't have wasted my time or gas to drive there. I'll be looking for another clinic. I hate this place, there always doing stupid stuff!!!!
Staff and Dr were great. Highly recommend.
Very rude services from the front desk crew my daughter was told they take walk ins, only for her to sit for almost 2hrs before being taken to the back. When asked why so long we were told its because they get all their appt people first. That should be something thats stated upon requesting to be seen. How is this place able to operate in such a manner? Who owns this place? There's absolutely No friendly faces and attitudes are ridiculous.
