My husband and I are first time renters and Haven already feels like home just after visiting with Mrs. Genevieve!! The apartments are stunning and the community seems to fit are every need! Love love love this place and the community manager. She is such a blessing :)

My boyfriend and I are currently in the process of getting an apartment here and so far everything has gone very smooth! The staff are kind and helpful and I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for us at Haven at Westgreen!
My brother recently applied for an apartment at Haven at Westgreen. The original agreement was that his rent per month would be in 800s, then they decided to increase the amount after he had submitted his application. He understands that his application fee is nonrefundable, but that the fact that his deposit money was not given back to him is completely unfair. The reason why he did not go through with this apartment is obviously because of the change in price in rent. SO UNFAIR!
This complex sucks. We have been here for nine months and the complex is still under construction. The office staff is woefully unhelpful, the manager has no authority and has to check everything with corporate. The gates are constantly broken. In all this complex is completely not worth the money it costs to live there.
