This place had a drive by shooting just a few days ago to where someone was killed and two children were injured in the process. As much as you will pay for a place like this I would go elsewhere. Kathy the property manager, is extremely nosy and tries to tell people what kind of patio furniture they can have on their patio. The place also doesn’t do a prorate for February even though February has only 28 days.

Hi Meghan, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately crime has no address and can happen anywhere even in the best of neighborhoods. I have never heard of any apartment community giving a pro rate for the month of February. The rent is the same in the months where there are 31 days. One of the reasons many of our residents choose to live here is due to the beauty of our community. Hi stephanie, I apologize that you had these issues. Unfortunately inconsiderate residents can sometimes be a problem. We do not have the ability to turn a residents power off in their apartment. I spoke with them as well and they verified it was not the property that had it turned off. If you would like to discuss anything further please call and speak to the management staff.
haven at westgreen care only for their profits. they dont care for their tenants. i was without air conditioning for 8 days and i ask for a credit towards my rent for my troubles and discomfort and robby grace said she will not be giving me anything. they are so quick to give you fees for everything, simple as if your trash is put out not in their desired time frame; but will not at all be courteous if they drop the ball in any way. RecommendedThe Haven at Westgreen is a luxury apartment community located in the heart of Katy, Texas right of I-10, just moments from Houston's dynamic Energy Corridor. Manager Cathy Sawyer and her team have gone above and beyond to address any and all of our needs.
I do not recommend moving here. Vehicles are constantly being broken into, staff is not helpful, and you will end up spending more money in repairs to damaged vehicles and replacing stolen items than you would just living in a better area that costs a little more. The only good thing about living here is the park behind the complex.
I Just don’t like this place, I have my reasons.
everyone looks so miserable there i couldn't see myself living there. roaches everywhere and they don't care to help u
