after almost a year I decided to give this business another try and go into and buy several bags of ice. The owner came out of the back when he saw me loading ice onto the cart and told me he would not serve me due to the bad review I left him 11 months ago. He attacked my charters and refused me service because I left an honest review of what I went through when trying to buy more than 10 bags of ice. For anyone reading this review, this customer has been a long time problem for us, she was previously asked not to come back for the way she treated our employees, and when she was in other day I reminded her she wasnt welcome and threw a tantrum. Anyone that has been into our location knows we strive to be friendly to everyone and also keep our store VERY clean. Best water & ice in town. Ryan and bri and everyone else down there are always friendly. No matter who you are they treat you like family.
Love � it always have my favorite ice cream � Friendly people! Helped me get new water bottle for my dogs automatic water bottle and knew the correct size! If you eat inside it's close to closing they never rush you out!
We go out of our way to go there!!! Best customer service around and the ice cream is always great.
