I am so grateful for all the nurse and staff of the Havasu regional Hospital. I was brought in by ambulance with a spine injury due to a fall. All the staff include ER nurses they were amazing. They took such a good care of me and I am from out of town, they kept me for two days in the hospital and they were amazing in keeping my pain on the control. I have nothing but a lot of gratitude for all the staff and nurse may God bless them all.!! thank you so much for being so kind with me.
I have nothing but rave reviews for EVERYONE at the Havasu Med Center. Doctor's, Nurses, Technicians, Food service staff (the food tasted great too), and even the housekeeping staff! I spent five days there starting in the ICU, and then to the other areas as I began to recover. Thank you to everyone!
Last month I gave 1 star, my dad has been admitted twice and both times have been outstanding.
Came in with issues breathing and elevated heart rate and got asked “why I was in the drs emergency room” right after my heart rate shot up extremely high and no one came in to check on me . After 5 hours of sitting there and 3 random tests later they brought me one pill and sent me on my way. The medical staff is so rude!
If you could give a zero, I would. We were called into an examining room pretty quickly, but then sat there for over 2 hours. Staff came and went repeatedly, but no one seemed to know why we were still there or ever came back to finish the treatment. Finally, an antibiotic in pill form and a tetanus shot were administered. Checking out, we were told we would get a discount if paid within 5 days and we would get an estimate of the charges before we left.
