I LOVED IT! When I was reading the reviews of the hospital, I was so terrified if I would visit the ER or not. But when I actually went to the ER, things were very different. The first appointment was unpleasant. I waited for three hours and I did not receive any help. The second appointment I got was very good. I did not have to wait. As always I received excellent patient care and support. The team at the chemotherapy infusion center is a blessing to me.
Radiology check in desk people need a attitude adjustment. Not the nicest people. However, the actual tech was very pleasant. Guess I will go back to going on Saturday's, don't have to deal with those people then.
Was in ER about 1.5 hrs with only about 20 minutes of interaction with staff. I got a shot for pain and was given two prescriptions. Total cost was 3,400 dollars. My insurance got it down to 2,500 dollars. What a rip off!
