Triage Nurse didn't introduce herself. ER doc didn't introduce himself. Neither Triage nurse or ER doctor seemed to care. Bad experience.
I had my first kid here and everyone was so nice and helpful, they answered any questions we had and made sure to ask if we needed anything, the food was really good too:) we had some trouble with getting our baby to latch and they helped us with that and showed us two ways to burp our baby.
Why must there always be a problem? The registrar’s manners are horrendous. There were no greetings if the day, no thank you for anything. She told me to come back tomorrow and smirked under her breath. If you need help ask for it. Why must a person be treated like dirt? I am tired of hearing a person is a new employee. The 5 stars are for Kendra, RN at L&D. She truly made the delivery experience 100x more bearable. She was AMAZING! The other nurses were not as compassionate and caring. I work at a very high ranked hospital in California and could definitely see the difference in patient care & satisfaction. Their OBGYNs should also have a better bedside manner. You're supposed to love what you do, not dread it!
I had a great experience from admiring to the time I was wheeled. I had an Angiogram famous surgical staff each and everyone of them. God bless and I appreciate your commitment and passion. April 6th 2026. Adriana Bardon
