I have used Havasu Realty for their property management as well as home purchases. Tina Lamb is the best! She get's things done. Get's things fixed. Gets the house rented. Can't ask for better than that. Very happy with this company and her.
Poor communication! Tried calling several times and when I got someone on the line....they were very rude and not very helpful. I also tried emailing to different emails provided and no call back. Very disappointed in the work ethics and professionalism. I know now NOT to come here when buying a home.
They have the experience and history of LHC more than any other Realtors in town. Have had the BEST purchase experience with Havasu Realty ; ) Their property Management team is also 2nd to none....have used them for many years and have proven themselves in good markets and bad. A great team....
