I am actually renting a unit here. The location is fantastic. Right across the street from the beach. Plenty of parking for the tenants. Draw backs, the landscaping is not being maintained by the landlords. This could be a sign of things to come, should items breakdown in the unit?? I do not know as of yet. I am truly sorry for any problems you are experiencing at this property but please note that we sold this and most of our Norfolk properties in April 2017. We no longer have anything to do with the Havana Beach property
