First time going here, I called made appt for my daughter to get hair cut. Bridget told me that it would be $15. Got there she was very nice, and when she got done she told me total is $40. I say you told me it was $15 she said yeah but I had to get a tangle out of her hair so it's $40. I paid her and left I did not want to cause a scene. But we will NEVER go back again. If a tangle that takes a min to get out makes you get charged $25 extra that is crazy. So if you have a tangle do not go, it costs more than the actual hair... read more

I took my daughter by there today for a quick cut, a couple of inches. Our schedule is busy, and it seemed convenient. The woman did a dry cut. It was super choppy, but I have thick hair and I tried to be understanding. However, we were charged $30. And it’s extremely choppy with some longer hairs in places. It’s gonna cost me another $20 minimum to fix this. And my daughter is going to have to have shorter hair than she wanted. For $30, I expect a straight cut to be just that.
