I used this company for my wedding on 5.10.25. They pricing was really good compared to other companies and they were super helpful in planning. I was able to sit down and have an hour call and just go through every little detail with their staff and they had wonderful suggestions for me. Unprofessional. Took a month for me to get a proposal with me constantly having to follow up on unanswered emails. I didn’t get a proposal reply until I left a voicemail asking for a phone appointment. They wanted me to pay before seeing any product: no mock up, portfolio photos etc. the florals I wanted were faux and I wanted something similar but real.
