I used this company for my wedding on 5.10.25. They pricing was really good compared to other companies and they were super helpful in planning. I was able to sit down and have an hour call and just go through every little detail with their staff and they had wonderful suggestions for me. I also got a bridal bouquet for photos before hand which was beautiful. Unprofessional. Took a month for me to get a proposal with me constantly having to follow up on unanswered emails. I didn’t get a proposal reply until I left a voicemail asking for a phone appointment. They wanted me to pay before seeing any product: no mock up, portfolio photos etc. the florals I wanted were faux and I wanted something similar but real. Everything that Haute Floral touches absolutely looks beautiful!! This was one of the easiest vendor decisions in our planning process. We would highly recommend Haute to every single person we know. 0/10 my daughter used them & the amount of money compared to result is just embarrassing. If you do decide to go here don’t work with Alexis. I hate leaving a bad review but super disappointing.
