Rented an apartment from Dan for 4 years and would definitely recommend. Good price and service with lease that was simple and fair to both parties(no early payment discount loophole etc.)

Dan is unreliable, unresponsive and negligent, renting grossly overpriced, laughably deteriorated and outdated properties. He'll tell you that your rent is a certain amount when it's actually higher, and then take the difference out of your security deposit rather than, you know, be honest and communicate. Speaking of communication, he's dishonest, unprofessional and downright passive aggressive.
