We purchased a 2013 Passat from Jon Ransom a few weeks ago. We spoke with him a few times over the phone and went to meet him. We were waiting on an insurance settlement. Walked out about 2 hours later with signed paperwork and the car was waiting when the settlement came through. Absolutely painless experience. Would definitely return.
I have bought cars off of Ron Haus in the 90's...well before it became Haus autosales...pleasantly surprised that the business is done the same way. No haggling...no ridiculous counter offers you get at other lots. My sales guy Dan Boring is a trip. He was caring and very personable and not cocky ...he let's you speak!! Yes a used car sales guy that let's you speak!! He tried like hell to get me what I needed and wanted and he did it!! Thanks a lot to the entire team!!! I'll be back and will refer others. Shout out to Haus Auto Group. My daughter was visiting from Columbus and her battery died. I’ve changed many batteries but this one was buried. So I call Dominic ( it was after hours)explaining she had to drive back home Tuesday. He said we’re busy but if you bring it in early I’ll try to get it done.
