RecommendedOur second time on the tour. We had a great time! Had some great experiences and also learned a lot of interesting history.
Fun, professional investigations with a group who love what they do. You learn the history behind the sites and actively participate in a real investigation. Nowhere else do you get to use the latest equipment while learning proper ghost hunting techniques. I can't recommend these tours more highly. I've done a lot of different ghost-hunting tours but these the best I've ever experienced. We've done Maple Hall and the Train Station with J-Adam, Adam and Bryce so far. It was a great walk, and learned a lot about Knoxville that I haven't known before and that I wouldn't of known otherwise :D highly recommend!!
Hubs and I have done all 3 of J-Adam’s tours. Although we live out of town (about 2 hours away), we will gladly drive to investigate with him! He is very enthusiastic about his work and does investigations with respect and integrity. I personally caught several pieces of evidence on two different tours. Highly recommend the tours!

Great for both experienced investigators and people just starting out. We have thoroughly enjoyed our investigations with J! I highly recommend the Maple Hall Investigation, it was very active and a lot of fun!

We went on the ghost tour last night and there was okay. The tour guide was corny and doesn't take paranormal seriously.
