I spoke with Jose regarding my case, and he told me verbatim: “You have a case and we will be sending the agreement for you to sign.” Since that conversation, I have received no follow-up, and my subsequent calls have gone unanswered. This is not the industry standard and highly unprofessional. I’ve worked in law. Furthermore, the phone answering service is horrible. I feel lucky to have found Jose to help me after a super horrific work experience. In a time where I was really low and needed hope, he came through for me.
