Perhaps this firm has too many clients to adequately handle by now. After being swiftly attended to after first contact, and told by Mr. Herrera that he would take my case last July, 2025, and having no contact from the firm at all following initial detailings of my case to them around that time, I was finally written to this month with the news that they could not in fact represent my case, and referred to it as a "wrongful termination" case even though I had quit voluntarily after discrimination and subsequent retaliation ... read more
