I had a deeply concerning experience with the front office staff that led me to discontinue care with this practice. I called to cancel my appointment after my husband became unavailable to drive me, as I had been prescribed Valium for the visit. Instead of accepting the cancellation, the front office staff discouraged me from canceling—stating it would create more work for them—and suggested that I take an Uber while under the influence of Valium. Karen from the front desk was SOOOO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She called me the 1st time 24 hrs before the appointment, with NO email or previous phone calls (the appt was scheduled 6 months ago). And saying she WILL CANCEL the appt for me, and charge me $70 because I did not confirm it. She hanged up on me when I told her I didn't get any previous phone call from her, and when I tried to call her back, she told me to talk to someone else, and never picked up the call. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!
