I would have left no stars has it been a choice. I bought a pair of shears from Hanzo, and right from the start the experience was awful! I asked for a rep so I could feel and look at a few different types and instead the corporate rep convinced me to just have a pair sent to me and that exchanges were easily handled. When I contacted him bout switching them out he confirmed and told me to wait on the return shipping label which never came and left me out of the given timeframe.
