Cons: The experience moving into this building was not a pleasant one, however this might have changed since I moved in (mid-pandemic). The appliance choices were not very well thought out, lots of issues arose only a year into the tenancy. And at times it has felt like the property owner cherry-pick's certain tenants' behaviour, applies rules, but then doesn't continue to enforce them for everyone.
