Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I have used Dr. Hathorn since I was a child, and I currently use him as my child's pediatrician. The nurses are friendly, but that's about it. My biggest complaint is that the wait time in this office is way too long. If I have an appointment at 8am, I am guaranteed to not make it out of there until 1pm at the earliest. They don't have anything to keep the children entertained for these extremely long wait times. They have a TV that they rarely put movies on, but that's it. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough

All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Somewhat, it didn't smell very good Did this provider show attention to detail? Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? A little, but it was bearable Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? Not at all; cheap and plastic
