Let me tell you about Rasheeda! She is that girl... in the absolute best way. Today I toured several apartments with her along with all areas of the building a resident should know about. She was a spectacular host and tour guide. She listened and kept it real - which I totally appreciated. These apartments are amazing and I'm excited for the next phase.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction following my recent visit to view the 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. I must say that I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the unit. Upon inspection, I noticed a significant hole in the ceiling of the kitchen, which raises serious concerns about the quality of renovations that were purportedly made. I have been a resident of this property for almost two years. My experience so far has been very pleasant , except for management. All apartments have balconies with pretty views. That is my favorite part about this building. Now coming to why I only gave two stars to this property- Unfortunately, my brand new car got stolen from the building parking lot. Management was semi-cooperative about this incident, but tried to wrap it up with me by offering “sincere apologies” and suggestions to “keeping my car safe.” There are cam... read more
