Worst ever not professional and don't value customers. Worst service. I am sorry you feel that way. As I said before we can't please everyone, certainly not you. We tried and tried to talk to you as you were cutting my secretary off and speaking nasty to her. Your complaint is that the part didn't come in when you wanted it to. It didn't come in as quick as we wanted it to but that is out of our hands and we have absolutely no control over it. On top of the delay it was during the holidays which delayed it even more.
