I had the same issue as everyone else I never got the help I was promised always waited around for months for any updates They are good at avoiding people when it comes to requesting a refund that I haven’t gotten back and I’m still waiting over a month I would definitely consider another law firm
If I could I would also put 0 stars. They recommended this law firm because supposely it was good. They asked me for money to start my case and never handled it. They even asked for more money and she never did anything. We wanted to communicate with the lawyer and we never spoke to the lawyer because only Lynn the secretary responded she recieved the payments and would ask for more money and did not do anything in my case after 8 months the lawyer withdrawed from my case 10 days before my courtdate and said she was not goin... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. This firm was highly recommended to me however I was very disappointed. At the consultation meeting Cynthia Hatfield was 20+ mins late. Mind you this was a good 2 years ago. I paid the fees to start my case. However it was hard to even get my supposed lawyer on the phone, the assignment Ms Lyn would give me the run around.
