Dr Mathieson was very thorough on his examination of my eyes and referred me to a ophthalmologist as he suspected a underlying issue with my eye and he was correct with that. Thank you Dr Mathieson
I had a very pleasant experience here. Dr. Mathieson was very friendly and explained everything he was doing in great detail. He ensures you're comfortable and know what's going on at all times. Felt really taken care of the entire time. And he presented my prescription right away without having to ask, unlike any other optometrist I've been to. Highly reccomend.
I have to say, I had a great experience at the Kamloops Optometrist. I went in not expecting much since I had never had my eyes tested here before and with such a big client base, as I am sure being in a Costco provides, I figured I'd be just another client. I was pleasantly mistaken. I felt heard, recognized, and important.
