My grandma reached out to them for repair on her unit they got the heat working but try cutting it it off and it kept running, they came out to correct it, but now at this time which is 5:08 am Friday November 7 I set the thermostat t 70 degrees my house should be 70 degrees not at 80 or above doing same exact thing come fix my grandma unit the correct way
Mike and his worker are the best. They were super nice to my family and got the job done. Any questions we had He explained everything to us. He is an awesome teacher as well. I give this company one hundred . Again we truly appreciate you and thanks again for an awesome job.
Took them two months to come repair a job that HE messed up. I couldn't put a air filter in my unit the whole time so I rigged it to work. He decides to take my new air filter nd throw it away without even telling me. Also they don't return phone calls. Would not recommend to anyone.
