Called the owner to purchase $400k in supplies. Before I could finish my statement, Bill rudely announces he is "busy" and doesn't have time. You better have a bigger money project than we do if you call.
We called Hastings to quote a new furnace install. After not showing when he’d say he’d be there, three weeks in a row, we gave up and called another vendor. Thanks for wasting three weeks of our time.
Called and explained what I needed. Was told they're too busy and they hung up on me.
