Definitely the most unprofessional & most unpleasant doctor visit. I took my 6 year old son after he got a concussion while playing outside & I thought bringing him to this place would be as any other, where professionals take care of him in a quick manner. But instead they were adamant on paperwork before hand & we waited 20 mins for the nurse to come in. Then after 5 mins they asked for a driver’s license & after that they started his blood pressure then asked me if we wanted to go to the ER.. feeling like I was pushed out... read more
The staff r friendly and professional, very knowledgeable.
I just can't say enough good things about this place! I started feeling really sick Friday evening 25 minutes before they closed. Amanda Thom made sure they stayed open for me and still got me in. She even checks in on you afterwards. Today my daughter went in also for the same thing. Great place with great staff and so much easier to get in then the regular doctor's office.
Very friendly. Excellent customer service. Was diagnosed with influenza b. I wasn't feeling any better after 3 days. Went back they looked at me free of charge and got me another prescription to help out. Plus someone is always there and it is so easy to be seen during business hours. Unlike doctors who never have time to see you when you really need to be seen. Probably won't ever go back to family doctor.
We love HCC! Our family uses their services whenever one of us sick.
