This place has been nothing but a hassle do not go there. Our hot tub leaks one of the jets didnt work took them over a month to fix it. the thermostats 10° off they said they would fix it and they didn’t fix it finally got it back and now they’ve lost the pillows to it so now they have to order those and so we still don’t have it back all the way my boyfriend already taken off for work twice and now we have to mess with it still and the thermostat still 10° off it says 92 but it’s 102. Aaron is so incredibly knowledgeable about hot tubs (down to a granular level of detail; mechanics, etc.) and consistently takes his time to listen to questions and explain things so that even a lay person could easily understand. We hired Aaron to facilitate the move on a hot tub we purchased from an individual. He and Byron picked it up from the previous owner and delivered it across town to us, carefully depositing it in our back yard and hooked it up for us for a fair and reasonable fee. Observing what all was involved in the move made me appreciate their expertise and grateful I did not attempt it myself.
